I <3 Eggs

There is nothing like a local, free range farm egg fried over medium in coconut oil with pink himalayan salt and cayenne pepper sprinkled on top. An excellent boost of protein with numerous benefits, this is a combo for success. I like to have it around brunch time a couple hours after my breakfast green juice.
